Like others, totally awful service. Brought a wardrobe online and given delivery date+time by XDP. On the day txt messaging saying what time.
They no showed all day !
Turned up the next day, no apology or reason.
Wanted to return the wardrobe as it wasn't fit for purpose, contact TheRange over the phone who said they would arrange it.
Once again I agreed day with XDP. Day before XDP emailed saying they would contact on the day with a time slot.
Guess what, no contact at all from XDP.
Rang TheRange who fobbed me saying it was XDP who was handling it and would look into it.
Two weeks later and still nothing.....I get the occasional email from TheRange (every 4-5days really!) saying they will look into it.
So I have a wardrobe I don't want and no refund until it goes back.
Woeful customer service from TheRange, you ring them and they can't help other than flag your order.
4 days to reply to emails in 2022...what a joke.
As for XDP never, ever trust them to do anything.
