I think you need to visit the Chester branch and have a word with the so call store manager “Winnie” as she is a disgrace. How she thinks talking to staff in the manner that she does on the shop floor is absolutely disgusting and very embarrassing. I never purchased my items I put them back as I was appalled and I will not be ever shopping in the Chester branch.
The Range you should be ashamed of yourselves thinking that you’ve got good managers in your store as all I seen was a bully!!!
