Extremely poor service and staff disconnecting phone lines rather than have to provide solutions or customer service. I had six packages before I could get two items that were not damaged, all couriered and causing inconvenience and time to unpack boxes/check items and repack when damaged. Staff member became clearly irate on phone all when explaining the debacle and cut me off. No offer of compensation from customer service team after three weeks of mistakes and hassle, very poor company.
