Ordered 2 sets of garden furniture online 4 weeks ago, paid fast delivery to make sure was with me for an event. One set had the wrong parts in and the other set had damaged parts. I rang the next morning to arrange a collection and spoke with a customer service agent who could barely understand English and was quite rude and wanted me to email photos of the damage to prove what I was saying. I straight away emailed the photos. I then proceeded to wait 5 days for an email back. This was after me emailing twice to complain that I was storing 2 very large garden furniture sets in my lounge! I received no apology just a date for collection finally. This date was then changed to yet another day. I have now waited nearly 14 days since it was collected and have had no correspondence from the Range regarding my refund? I have once again emailed to complain and received no reply!! This company online is beyond a joke, I have never had issues instore. I wish I had never ordered such large, expensive items from them as now I am chasing the refund and this is money which should be back in my bank not theirs.
