I received my order of a double fryer on 7th April 22. The box was extremely damaged. I still opened hoping the fryer would be fine but even the form insets were broken aswell as the fryer. I called customer care 4 times in the following 3 days, i had been on hold for an hour plus still no answer. I emailed the email address, with photos of how i received the fryer.. Now 4 weeks on i have recieved an email offering a replacement OR a partial refund if i keep the piece of scrap metal!! Very disappointed.. Where is my full refund?! i certainly didnt order some scrap metal in the form of a fryer!! Wish me luck i have requested a full refund!!
