Awful customer service, when my email confirmation arrived it showed an incorrect delivery address, I called to cancel the order to reorder for the correct address but was told that wouldn’t be necessary if I sent proof of my correct address, I did this and had another email confirming that when I had an email saying my furniture was on the way I just had to call and they would change the address with the courier. This I did today and I have now been told it was a mistake and the address cannot be changed so my order has been cancelled. I am now without garden furniture for a party we are due to have in 2 weeks as I have to wait 14 days to receive my refund so don’t have the money to buy from elsewhere.
