Ordered a mirror. First one arrived damaged. Had to call customer services as nobody responds to emails. Waited 45 mins initially. A collection of the damaged mirror was arranged but nobody turned up. New delivery date was also missed. The replacement turned up eventually which was also broken and dirty and the dirt went all over the walls and doors of my house. Waited 1.5 hours on hold for customer services. Had to request a refund as the process has been laborious but actually all I really wanted was the mirror delivered in tact. Advice they the range managers -outsource your contact centre, ensure things are packaged appropriately for delivery as you are losing customers, revenue and business with the current shambles.
