Appalling, ordered a futon and they delivered the wrong size, tried calling the customer care (hilarious it’s called that) a total of 7 times and a total of nearly two hours in a queue and still nothing. Tried to email and eventually got a reply asking for photos. I sent photos and have heard nothing since. Apparently there is a third party supplier involved and everyone blames everyone else, nobody takes ownership and the customer is left with nothing. Will never use their online shop ever again, complete nightmare and obviously don’t care at all about you.
