Do not buy from the Range online.
I purchased a hula hoop as a present. The box is tatty and broken and the contents cheap rubbish. I have followed instructions to return but have not heard from the company so contacted customer services. The lady was pleasant but could only follow the same instructions and could not help because it involves a partner organisation.
I feel scammed out of the £18.99 that I paid and will never shop at the Range again.
