After a long wait I received the item in another colour to what I asked for. Also does not match up to what I wanted. I am now trying for a refund as customer service is very unhelpful. I cannot believe the barriers they have put up. I'm sure they are trying avoid refunding me and make me give up.
Never will I order on line with The Range and instead visit the store.
