AVOID AT ALL COST. I bought an office chair for £119. It was faulty, I couldn’t pull it up or down. We decided to put it back in the box ready for it to be returned. I called customer service (35min wait time on the phone) I was told I would have to record my self-sitting on the chair to prove it was faulty!!! The customer service advisor Maria was extremely rude and said they can’t help me unless i record myself sitting on the chair and prove its faulty. I explained to her that I as heavily pregnant and my husband is away. But she refused and said I would have to sort it out myself!!! Just evil and don’t care about the customers at all. I was promised an email after the call however nothing arrived after 2 hours. I must call them back and wait 30 mins just to speak to someone. Very disappointing. Not worth it especially after spending all this money.
