I brought a shelf for my daughter for her house on the 22nd July 22, they sent out the wrong one, after emails and no response after sending on the evidence they wanted that they had sent out the wrong one out.
Their customer care is shocking to say the least, they don’t tell you they order from a third party so when you buy on line you can’t return back to store, so your beholden to them to get in touch.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from the online store.
I’m still waiting for a response and we are now the 14th August it’s disgusting how they treat people. The first and last time I order from them.
