Still waiting on a refund. Ledbury recliner chair was collected and returned on the 9th of July. Contacted customer service via email about 10 times, also phoned customer services about 4 times. Very poor call answer time as usually on hold for around 25 minutes each time. No supervision in the department as they have no supervisor or managers that you can speak to. I find this an absolute joke!!! The only response is that it will take another 5 to 10 days. I might be lucky and get my refund by Xmas. Over 6 weeks and still waiting. Buyer beware.
