Worst refund/return process I’ve ever experienced and poor quality product.
I ordered double mattress which was completely different as one on the website, didn’t even fit on my bed cos it was too small.
I sent the pictures over and requested a refund on 10th of August 2022. They said that courier will pick up the mattress and they will process the refund.
Today is 07th of September 2022, nobody came to pick up the mattress. I’ve arranged 6 collections, 6!!!!! Each time courier didn’t show up. They won’t give you any ETA so you have to wait the whole day, 7am to 7pm. I wasted 6 days of my time! It’s a joke.
Absolutely ridiculous company!!!!!
