ordered a bed online, arrived late, with wrong and missing parts.
Been six weeks now after no end of phone calls and emails and got absolutely no where with an exchange.
At my wits end now and what to do as my 10 year old is without a bed and can't get another one from elsewhere as all my money went on this bed . £249 bed no good.
Customer services are a waste of space. All I'm getting is we're waiting on supplier.
I'm just asking for an exchange. Can't be that hard to do.
