I ordered a massage mat online which took 10 days to arrive. 2 days after receiving it when I had a chance to inspect it I called The Range to tell them I would like to return it and there was no paperwork or returns information in the box.
I was advised the supplier was a Range Plus Partner and it was not possible to return it to a Range Store but they had informed the supplier and would get back to me. It is now almost 3 weeks later and despite numerous phone calls and emails to The Range Customer Service, they have still not provided me with any information that will allow me to return this. The only response I get is that they are waiting for a response from the supplier who are looking into this.
I am left with a useless product, a huge box by my front door and no means of returning it.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced and will not buy from The Range again. Their poor level of service and lack of consideration to their customers is unacceptable.
