Got a settee delivered in December last year which by January had holes in the cushions. Arranged inspection and they said they would replace all cushions and reupholstered back which was coming away from the seam. 12 weeks later they had forgotten so eventually a new settee or refund was offered. As I didn't want to be without a settee for weeks I asked for new settee. Numerous delivery dates later I was promised it had been despatched. Still didn't receive the settee. 2 weeks later I was told it failed it's inspection, not sure if this was before or after it was despatched to me. Also advised that they no longer made this product so would have to accept a refund. So they've taken the settee and I'm sitting on garden furniture awaiting my refund. Unable to buy a new settee as I can't afford it without my refund. I've tried to call again. Should have known better as they are completely useless, impolite and really don't give a damn. They've told me I shall just have to wait. I've asked to make a complaint but they advised me I can't make one on the phone. I pointed out that their number was the number given on line to make complaint. Then advised that they have other customers waiting so they needed to terminate my call. They are so rude I don't know how they are getting away with it.
