I paid for next day delivery and I have asked where my item is and I want re embersing for the extra I paid to have this item delivered the next day.
It has not arrived and I have contacted you about this and no communication from you. I think you are an appalling company as you are taking money for a service you do not provide.
I have asked you when this item will be coming so I can arrange again to be in. Yet again no communication from you.
Your customer service is disgusting and misleading.
I expect you to rectify this as you have taken money for a service you haven’t supplied
