I ordered an advent calendar for a child on the 15th of November. It is now 12th of December and there is no sign of the calendar. I had to spend over 1,5 hours trying to get through to the customer service on 2 occasions with no result. On the third occasion, after waiting on the phone for almost 2!!! hours to ask for a refund, the call was cut off at 6.30pm. I also wrote 3 emails with absolutely no result. Appalling service and obviously a company that does not care.
