Place an order with the promise to get it within 3-5 working days.
Right after the payment, they sent an email that it will be delayed for a week. The real delay was more than 2 weeks. And the Parsell (table) arrived without table legs. So I got a useless piece of glace instead of a table.
No one responce to emails, they promised 4 days, but nothing from their side.
Called the service center, and after 90min in a queue, they asked for the order number and put the phone down. Have no idea how to deal with them. In the store, they do not want to talk about online orders.
