Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with.I would strongly advise not to buy anything online.
They sent a faulty product 5 weeks ago I have had one email from them can’t get through the phone line there’s no one senior to speak to.
The call handlers have no idea not helpful and cut the phone off when can’t answer query.
Just want them to pick up the faulty product and process my refund.
