Probably the worst ever customer service. 3 day delivery promised on website....... still waiting after 2 weeks. Spent 50 mins on hold and then speaking to various departments to find out whats going on. in the end the Customer Service Assistant just gave up and said, "sorry there nothing we can do" and that was it. When asked to speak to a Manager was told, "sorry they wont speak to Customers!" Oh well, lessons learned, customers vote with their feet, so that will be last order ever with The Range.
