Customers service absolutely appalling after 10 days of asking for a date for after failing to deliver on the date they choosed or a refund our bed and ottoman turns up on a rainy sat night out of the blue with one person and my 64 year old husband is expected to help unload from the van it's in with the one person driving the van . No way should someone be delivering good of that weight by themselves. Shambles! Only thing they was good at was placing the order and taking your money. Head office got no authority to give refund apparently can only push buttons and put you back to customers service whom also wont help or even answer you can only give people the run around .
