Same old story dreadful customer service. Not response to emails waiting on phone for an hour. To then be fobbed off with excuses.
Brought a spa pool on line paid for express delivery 3 days later no response different explanations the most recent is they are waiting for all parts to be assembled! It's in one box from supplier.
It's turns out the webpage states your express delivery starts once the item has been dispatched from thier warehouse which takes 5 working days then you have to wait for the item to arrive at the currier warehouse before they process it. I've been told another week or so after that.
What a con once they take your money they don't care.
Nothing express about that why are we charged £20 for express delivery
