Ordered and paid for 2 recliners but only one was delivered. Arrow XL informed me that one had been cancelled by The Range?? After over an hour I finally got through to Customer Care and was informed that the item was damaged, I was then put on hold which lasted ages and i finally hung up. God knows how much my mobile bill will be!
I went to the local store but they said as I'd ordered this myself they couldn't get involved. Their own customer care team wouldn't even discuss the problem with them.
I've had to send an email asking for an explanation, at no time did The Range contact me about this.
I've paid nearly £400 for these recliners and if I decide to return this item I'll have to pay for that too.
Terrible service.
