I ordered a Rattan furniture set. I got an email saying it had been despatched to the courier Arrow XL and they'd organise delivery. I called Arrow XL, they denied receiving the order - I then called The Range who said Arrow XL were lying (yes that's right, the customer service team called their couriers liars) and that Arrow XL did have it. This made me feel uneasy and I asked to cancel my order, I was assured this was done and I'd receive an email confirming that my refund had been processed. No email was received, I called again to be reassured the refund had been processed and they said it had and to not worry. 1 week later, my £400 hasn't been returned. I've called again (4th time) and been told the refund wasn't processed (despite calling twice the previous week) and that this time they would process it but it'd be another 5 working days. Will I ever get my money back? The customer service team take no accountability for false promises - never had such a bad service with a company or felt the need to write such a negative review. I'd advise The Range to listen in and audit some of their customer service calls. Don't order online from The Range!
