Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Bought item online (not sold in store), delivered promptly, so far so good. Item did not do as advertised so phoned to arrange a return on the day it arrived.
That was last August, it's now October and still fighting for a refund. Over two weeks to get a return label and a further two weeks waiting for a refund.
Fobbed off on every phone call, waiting for this, waiting for that.
We want proof you received it?!? We want proof you returned it, we want a video or photos of why your returning it !WHAT!
It's supplied by a third party seller, you should deal with them. There are plenty of other companies to use, so my advice it to go elsewhere and give these a miss.
