No refund/exchange given even though had receipt, product was unopened and within the 14 days as stated on the receipt.
After waiting for 20 minutes in customer service queue, no reason given just said No, not allowed.
Complained online, still told No due to Trading Laws. If this is the case why are these not mentioned on the receipt, on the terms and conditions online or anywhere in the shop?
