Terrible customer service! I ordered 2 items on the 7th December. On the website it stated that delivery would be on the 11th for the desk and the 18th for the filing cabinet. Monday 11th came and the filing cabinet was delivered but not the desk. I waited 5 more days, as I know its a busy time of year but still no delivery. I checked the tracking and it showed that the desk had been returned to sender due to incomplete information from the sender. I have raised this issue with the range and have since been ignored. Ive tried contacted them all ways... emails and WhatsApp is completely ignored. But if I log a new ticket via their contact form, I actually get a reply from Robert saying I have already made them aware of the issue, so the new ticket will be deleted. If you are aware then why aren't you responding to the initial email?!? I paid via Clearpay (4 payments) and have since opened a dispute via them directly. They have also sent this to the range but again there has been 0 communication from the range. AVOID ORDERING ONLINE! I have no idea how to proceed any further... I think the next process will be contacting Watchdog. Reading on Facebook, there's hundreds of others in the same position. There's an actually group for people that have lost money from the range.
