Had incomplete order. Phoned customer service on hold 45 minutes. Explained didn't have full order and told to wait as will come tomorrow. Explained paid for next day (today) and unclear why order has been split as should be 8x puppy food. 6 arrived. Advisor not helpful. Have to wait 14 days to complain. Terrible customer service. Will never use again.
