I ordered a large dressing room mirror for my daughters bedroom to be delivered in time for her birthdays. This was thrown over my neighbours fence , a few doors down onto there front lawn by the delivery company. I could hear that the mirror was in many pieces. I tried for 2 hours to get through to the Range customer services and gave up ,so I filled a form in. I tried again 3 days later as I still hadn't heard anything. When I finally got through over an hour & half later , they said unless I send them pictures to show that the glass is broken there is nothing they can do. I had to open it up at home that evening to send them pictures. I emailed them over as advised and 3 days later I have still had no response. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and now and now I am left with a large parcel in my house with dangerous broken glass in pieces and can't get to speak with anyone. Dreadful service service and a terrible delivery company they use. Very disappointing and frustrating.
