I ordered 2 rugs. They came promptly on 5/7/24. They were very thin and the one I opened had a strong odd smell. I have been trying to return them since that date. I have tried chat, email, and now WhatsApp. and even a complaint to the help desk I have been totally ignored and they no longer have a contact telephone number ! Disgusting Customer service!!! I need to return these rugs and instead of replacing will want a refund but it looks like that is never going to happen. Although I’m convinced it won’t bother them I will never shop at the arrange again!
