I was only advised the same morning of delivery. Thankfully my boss let me leave work early as I had been given a time slot of between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, unfortunately the delivery of my new shed was delivered outside of the time slot at 1pm. It then gets better they only delivered 3 sides of the shed. Contacted customer services as soon as I got home and checked all the parts to be told a case has been raised and i should have and answer within 4 days. 4 workings days pass and no contact. I then contact customer service again. Send pictures in again explain everything again only to be told somone will be in contact in 4 days with an answer. Then I get a email asking to leave a review, so here it is no one wants to take responsibility and Im not holding my breath on ever getting the 4th side of the shed. Wasted of my hard earned money for nothing. Thanks
UPDATE!! Its now almost a month since my first contact with customer services and after sending 3 different pictures of the missing part plus also circling on a diagram the missing part. I have asked for a refund. They are now not responding to me. Aviod at all cost!
