I don’t usually write a review, but today I feel like I have been robbed by The range online shop. I bought a clothes rail a month ago which I received with missing items. The rail was quite expensive too. However, when I’m trying to contact the customer service no one is willing to help. I have been patiently waiting for the whole month. I'm sorry to say right now I’m quite frustrated with their service. The customer service is very poor. I’m not happy because I’m still waiting for a refund.
