on Saturday 4 August, I spoke to Tasha via live chat. In regards to a refund “change of mind return”. I was told my order refund had gone through, and had to wait 3 working days to get an email via confirmation. At the end of the 3-day waiting period, I got no message via email & was specifically told so. It’s now the 7th of August, I contacted customer service once again, via live chat seeing as there’s no way to call them. probably due to the fact, they have terrible customer service support skills. This time I spoke to Josiah, he said similar things that Tasha mentioned. but once again with the occurring issue present, is the 3 day waiting period. I am not happy with this issue. as I am faced with a difficult situation, at this current point in time. To anyone who has seen all the negative reviews, they are right. Please avoid these lot at all costs. incompetent services. Kind Regards Thirath
