First and last time ordering from the range online.
Order turned up with items missing. Contacted the range online with their stupid live chat due to them having no telephone number that worked and was told they didn’t have any stock so they didn’t send it.
I said it would have been nice if you had told me as you took my money for it. No apology and no refund for a long time.
2 of the other items were smaller than expected so I returned them to store, Ashford, Kent. The sales assistant Rebecca was really helpful, but when her till decided to freeze and only refund one, she called her manager, Holly. Wow, What a miserable, rude woman Holly was, how she became a manager with her lack of people skills is beyond me. She couldn’t resolve the problem and just told me to go away and see what refund I received.
I am still waiting for my refund and have a feeling I will have to do a claim back through my bank.
I will never buy with the range online again, which is a shame as they do sell some different bits.
