I bought 2 curtain tie backs. On the rack the price said £3.99. When I got to the till, I was charged £4.99. I therefore went back into the store to check I read it right. I had, they were £3.99. So I took a photo of the product & the price it stated. I then went back to customer service. I showed them the receipt & the photo I had taken. The apparent manager, when to check for himself. He eventually came back & said the price shown was wrong. That they were £4.99. He refused to reimburse the difference. He just claimed he had 24 hours to put the correct price on the product. I have heard several stories of this happening to other customers. I was absolutely shocked at the attitude of the manager. People, please always check your receipt. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened to me. Last time I went back into the store to let them know. I let that time slide, but after today never again. I’M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!
