Had a delivery of an item bought as a gift for my wife birthday. Could not accept it due to having nowhere to put the fountain. Told our relative we could not accept the item due to cost etc. They had no problems with this. Took the item to our local Range store (within the 10 days) who stated they could not take it as it was purchased through a 3rd party as they did not stock the item in their stores. This was 5 weeks ago. Emailed them and the sellers/distributors of the fountain. Still waiting for an acknowledgement/contact from either CUSTOMER SERVICES as to resolving the issue. The slowest and worst company I have ever deal with.
