Called at the Bangor (North Wales) store to buy several pots of paint. As I walked in, a young man shouted "You can't come in. We're not open." When I asked when they would open, he said that would happen at nine o'clock. I asked him what time it was and was told it was five minutes to nine. Two suggestions:-
a) Do not open the doors until 9am.
b) Update your staff customer services manual.
