The Range is abysmal with their 'customer service' as I am currently trying to get an item RETURNED to their retailer that sent the WRONG item. Now the retailer has offered to take the item and PARTIALLY return my money. With this, EVERY 2 weeks Clearpay is still paying for goods I CANNOT return. I have had to get in contact with The Range EVERY week to try to deal with this situation. They say they will get back to you in 3-4 working days which NEVER happens, so I end up having to contact them. There is no phone no. so you are stuck trying to text someone while they take their time to reply. They NEVER reply with what you ask, it is always 'what the retailer said'. They take NO responsibility in the unprofessional customer service that is provided by both them and their partner companies. They display abhorrent behaviour taking advantage of people that cannot afford to buy goods that are more expensive by thinking they are NOBODYS. This is the UK and this should NOT be permitted in 2024. I am complaining to Consumer Rights and taking legal action.
