I wish I could give no stars!! Absolutely shocking service have been battling for 2 months for a refund. Ordered a unit which was never delivered due to it being damaged in transit! Chased for a refund couple of weeks later was told it has been issued checked back on original payment NOTHING!!
Have been back and forth on chat and emails as you can’t speak to a person to keep being told different things! 1 item hasn’t been received
2 Refund hasn’t been processed
3 refund has been processed
4 this will be escalated
To then get same message back refund was issued check original source!!
I was just on chat to someone this morning who decided to end the chat on me cause I kept asking for a confirmation email of the refund to show where it has been refunded too!
The customer service is one of the worse I have ever experienced. I will not be purchasing from the range online ever again!!
