The worst online shop iv ever had to deal with when it comes to returns. Iv been tryin to find a way to return an item i orderd online.... there's no humans to speak to its all computerised. They provide 3 ways of contact- WhatsApp,email,and live chat, all 3 are a waste of time... robots responding back after days and still with no help. I've been stuck in the same position for over a week with a item i dont want or need and no refund still.
