I bought a steam tent for my birthday to help with my health it hass a rusty bottom and I am luck l/myf4iend noticed, I thought at first it was a Waterston but it wasn't my friend said that's rust and breathing it in could obviously be dangerous,I was sad/disappointed as my breathing is very poor at the moment and there fabulous! For your skin and general health.. I purposely choose The Range over Amazon or Ebay because I thought you would have Great Range and Quality Customer Service, instead I received a solely steam tent and a rusty steam pot and now I my try to put the tent and send it back to them! + pot into huge box, I received no offer to replace and resend as a goodwill or apology,? is this something that happens to The Range customers often ? that there isno longer the custom of basic standard level of customer service? I have received Poor Quality And Poor Service and would not recommend The Range to family and friends quite the opposite Now I've got to send the tent with steamer back and wait for them to receive it before I can buy Definitely not the healthy relaxing experience I made for, I I will pay a bit more in the future for better quality and better customer service.
