After more 10 emails back and forth and delay in delivery I had to pay additional £12 to have the item finally delivered on Saturday 30th of November. When I unpacked the dresser to Assemble it only to find it was badly damaged and unusable. Bits falling off the important structural parts of the top was broken and other components appeared second hand.
It was impossible to connect to online chat and after 15 minutes waits , it throws you off the chat.
I wrote another 4 emails with one reply from Jermaine

That the table top on the dresser is damaged.and apologied for the mirror being damaged. At No point during my 14 or more emails I mentioned a mirror. It showed a lack of understanding of this issue and no continuity.
All I needed to know from Range Was , when the item is going to be collected and returned and my money refunded.
I spent 3 days on this being kept on live chat for hours that no one reply’s to
WhatsApp communication that no one replies to and Emails that seems to generate a automated and slow response
This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. there is no a customer complaint email phone number. I rang the local store to see if I can return the item to a store to be told that I can’t and they have so many complaints about the customer service that the local store manager advised me to take the case up with trading standards and go to my credit card company to resolve it.
That an absolute shambolic company.
I will never shop at the Range and advise everyone never to order anything online from them.
