Very, very poor customer service!
I am trying to return an online order within the 14 day time framewhich requires authorisation however despite many, many emails all I have received to date is a reply saying the matter is in hand & the 14 days from delivery date expires to tomorrow. There is no other way of contacting customer services ie phone number etc & I am now really concerned!!!! Disgusting customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE!!!!

So eventually someone got in touch & said return labels were attached (but surprise, surprise there were none) & even if there were any I don't have access to a printer. I was sent a link to download to show me the nearest DHL Drop Off locations but the link doesn't work!!!!! I've replied to this effect but am not confident I will get a satisfactory response.....if any! You couldn't make this up it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to encounter! My advice based on my shocking experience is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
