Appalling service at all levels.
Ordered item for flick and collect. Called at designated local store. No record of order. Item not in stock.
Called at the other local store. Same result!
Spent 2 days online, busting and checking both local stores got nowhere. What is annoying is that no one takes ownership of problems!
It appears:

*contact with customer services has to be by remote means - email or similar:
*despite appearances customer services is based in South Africa:
*responses consist of a series of templated replies that may, or more likely, may not have any relevance to the problem raised:
Worst transaction I have ever had anywhere online or in store!
