Ordered a sofa and a table and chair set.
Sofa never turned up , saying they have no record of the order despite happily taking the payment. Wouldn’t help at all telling me to contact the bank if I want money back.
Table and chairs arrived with no screws / bolts or fixtures to be able to assemble the item so not usable at all. Trying to get them to send the parts is impossible, being sent from one person to another. Customer service is shocking.
