In brief: Placed an order for furniture. Received message for delivery time slot. Took time off for delivery. Delivery did not arrive. Not contact from the range or courier company. After a week was told that furniture was damaged.
Asked for when a replacement could be sent. Two days later told no replacement and will be issued refund.
Delivery charge not refunded even though no delivery was made!
Terrible service and almost non existent communication.
