Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. I bought 2 big couch cushions on 10/11/2019 for my son's couch. Because they didn't match with the color I returned them on 15/11 to the store. All the labels were in place and I had kept them in the range big bag, every day. The supervisor at the store refused to accept the return with the excuse that they smell food.!!! This excuse was very subjective, I and my husband didn't smell anything. I asked the manager of the store to smell them but she refused. I said to request a third person, a customer to smell them and then decide, they refused again. I don't know why they smell food, maybe she has eaten food before, or the litter smell but definitely not the cushions. It was a very bad experience because the reason they use to refuse the refund was unjustified and was very subjective. Since I returned the cushions in the original package I couldn't see any reason for refusing the return. Terrible experience, I won't recommend again this store!!
