Terrible customer service. Half my order missing. 1st call wait time for customer service 50 minutes, 2nd call hold time 45 mins and 3rd time 1 hour. Customer service team very rude and not helpful lady just hung up on me called Zenna who clearly could not deal with the call and could not be bothered, she basically called me a liar that there was no evidence I hadn't received the order, I forwarded her the confirmation from DPD that they had raised an investigation for the parcel as they could not locate it which she confirmed she received. Still refused to replace the order then hung up on me.
Disgusting.
